At Allocet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our products. Items must be unworn with original labels still attached, as we cannot accept returns once the item has been worn for change of mind due to hygiene reasons. Allocet hair accessories can be gently washed with warm water and mild soap. Do not submerge your accessory in water or use harsh chemicals or cleaners. After washing, pat the accessory dry with a soft cloth and leave to dry completely.  Acetate or resin accessories may flex and deform when left in a hot environment.
